Before the weekend hits, I wanted you to know that I am have a Durability workshop on April 2nd 1016 at the federal way community center.  the workshop will cover basic foam rolling for pre and post workouts, The Turkish Get-up, and squats. hope to see you there! have a great weekend and Happy easter!

This is a great idea! I'm kind of starting to maintain my daily routine of exercise. Well, it's not kind of a routine, but I'm just doing random exercise stuff every morning. I'm trying to increase and develop my strength and endurance, since I'm easy to get tired. I want to visit this workshop. I hope this is effective to me. I'm so excited to try this one. Thank you for sharing this!

I once attended a durability workshop and did give me help to have high stamina and endurance. Now I'm practicing it 2 times a week so that I could maintain to be durable. Performance and recovery are the thing that must be learned about so that you can able to do exercises that would require your power. I'm really thankful that I went to the said workshop I gained many things no only learnings but also friends. I will surely attend many workshops so that I could learn other routines that could improve my strength.
